Technology of TMAZ Go to top

Our technology TMAZ simply stands for Tribo-mechanically Activated Zeolite. TMAZ is a world-wide patented micronisation and activation process of zeolite. Some zeolite products are milled with conventional methods such as ball-milling and jet-milling. These methods have many limiting factors, and are now out-dated for the type of products we formulate.

TMAZ technology has taken zeolite into a revolutionary stage and has demonstrated to be more effective than the traditional method of micronisation process. A more uniform particle size and shape is the major benefit of using this technology. The average TMAZ particle size range that have been used for our technology is between sub micron to 8 microns depending on the applications of our products. This greatly increases the surface area of NZT zeolite, making it more reactive and beneficial for the body to utilise faster. As a result. The M-cell recognises silica particles as antigen and they allow activation of macrophages which are essential immune system cells that develop in response to an infection or accumulated dead or injured cells. This stimulates production of cytokines. CD4 cell. B cells, dendritic cells and even NK cells.
